Did you know that moving furniture is actually a great weight-lifting workout, and doing it for 1 hour a week can reduce the chance of heart attack by 40%? Good news, we have you covered. In our charity shops, we’ve got a BIG range of free weights in stock waiting to be moved and delivered by you. The best thing is, you’ll be doing it for more than just one heart.
